If there are items in your Amazon order that haven’t been matched to products in your Magento inventory, you will need to let M2E Pro know which Magento product in your inventory matches the Amazon item.
You can match items in two ways:
- Link to Magento Product – applies to Simple Products.
- Set Options – applies to Product Variations.
Link to Magento Product #
To link a Magento Product to an item in the Amazon order, click on the corresponding button next to the item in the Transaction Item(s) section of the order details page:
In the pop-up that appears, find the necessary Magento Product by its ID or SKU. When you find it, click Link To This Product next to the product.
Set Options #
To set up options for Variational Products in the Amazon order, click on the corresponding button next to the item in the Transaction Item(s) section of the order details page:
Select the relevant product options, then choose if you want to use the same details for future orders by checking the box “Save selection for subsequent orders”. Click Confirm to save the settings.
Once you save the selection, you can still click Set Options for an Amazon item to change its settings.
