Connect your Magento 1 store to OTTO Market using M2E Multichannel Connect to manage your listings, stock, and orders from one place. The integration ensures real-time synchronization between your Magento catalog and Otto listings, so your business can reach more customers in Europe.
Follow the instructions below to complete the setup.
Basic requirements #
Before starting the integration process, make sure you have:
- Installed the M2E Multichannel Connect extension in your Magento 1 store.
- A verified OTTO Seller account.
Step 1. Approve permissions #
After installation, open your newly installed extension and grant the necessary permissions by clicking Confirm. This allows M2E to securely transfer product data, stock levels, and order details between Magento and OTTO.
Step 2. Sign up or log in to your M2E account #
If you’re new to M2E, register an account using your business details.
In case you already have an M2E account, log in using your credentials.
Step 3. Connect your OTTO seller account #
In your M2E Dashboard, click Connect Marketplace Account, and then confirm access to your OTTO seller account details.
If the connection is successful, you’ll see a Setup Guide walking you through the next configuration steps.
Step 4. Finalize the integration #
Follow the on-screen Setup Guide to link your Magento and OTTO sales:
- Link products: If you have existing OTTO listings, link them to products from your Magento catalog.
- Turn on synchronization: Enable automatic updates for product information, stock, and pricing between both platforms.
- Enable order creation: Allow M2E to bring new OTTO orders into your Magento 1 admin for simplified management.
- Create listings: Publish Magento products on OTTO to expand your catalog and reach new buyers.
Your Magento 1 store is now integrated with OTTO Market. Product details, prices, and stock levels are synchronized in real time, and all orders are automatically imported for easy processing.
